Shipping & Returns
You wake up, ready for another day of freeloading of your pawents. You boot up PupBook and see Chanelle the Mini Foxy posing in her new FurMate accessories. As it has been less than 24 hours since your pawents brought home a new toy for you and you don't want to look like too much of a moocher, you subtly leave PupBook open in the browser in the hopes mum stumbles across Chanelle flaunting it in her new FurMate gear.
Mum sits down ready to check her emails and instantly falls in love with the FurMate range - mission accomplished! Mum said FurMate posts orders super quick within two business days and it should only be up to five business days until I will be looking and feeling as super cute and comfy as the spoilt Mini Foxy Chanelle down the road.
Shipping - Domestic and International
FurMate uses Australia Post to send orders around Australia and around the world. As soon as your order is sent you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us including a tracking number. We ship all orders within two business days however we will often send orders much quicker than this. Shipping times will vary depending on your location and shipping option chosen.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Note on occasion we offer some items through pre-order - if this is the case it will be clearly marked on the item for your reference along with an estimated arrival date. If you place an order with a mix of pre-order items and items that are ready to go, all items will be sent with the pre-order item around the estimated date. If you are wanting to receive items we have in stock earlier, please place a separate order or send us an email and we can sort it out for you :).
Returns
Oh no - my pawents ordered me the wrong size! I told them I've had one to many treats recently as you can't resist giving me a treat when I do the cute eyes at you!
No need to worry! We offer free returns for 30 days from the date of delivery/receiving the order. Please note, not all items are eligible and any items not eligible will have this indicated on the product page. To be eligible for a return:
- Item(s) have to be initiated for return and placed in the post within 30 days of the delivery/receiving of order.
- Item(s) were not marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase, unless faulty.
- Item(s) must be in the original packaging, which must be in original condition. This includes any packaging and tags.
If you are planning to return an item, please reach out to us first with a description of the problem and some photos to verify the condition of the item. Please indicate if you are looking to swap for another size or item, or if you are wishing to receive a refund. We will then give you the go ahead to return the item to us and proceed with the return process once the item has been received.
