Your dog's new gear should not take a dramatic side quest before it reaches the door. We pack Furmate orders quickly and send them with Australia Post so your best mate can get back to the important work: looking excellent on walkies.

Shipping

We ship orders across Australia and selected international locations. Free express shipping is available on orders over $60 and is applied at checkout.

Most orders are packed and sent within two business days. We often move faster, but two business days is the promise we are happy to stand behind. Once your order is on the way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery times vary depending on your location, the shipping option selected, and Australia Post delivery conditions. If your parcel is taking longer than expected, check your tracking link first, then contact us if it still looks stuck.

Pre-order items

If an item is available for pre-order, we will clearly mark it on the product page with the expected arrival timing. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship everything together once the pre-order item is ready unless we have arranged otherwise with you.

Returns and exchanges

Picked the wrong size? Easy fix. We want your fur baby in gear that fits properly, so please contact us as soon as possible if something is not right.

Items must be unused, clean, and in original condition to be eligible for a return or exchange. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept items that have been worn on walkies, chewed, washed, or covered in mystery park evidence.

Return shipping costs are usually the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, contact us with your order number and clear photos. We will review it and help sort the right fix.
